WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING:

  • Inspiring Mentor. 166 Days is a must read. Jennifer’s raw honest emotion coupled with her stubborn will to keep going is inspiring. This book will mentor others to do what’s right, even if it seems impossible. Very real and very human. Jennifer is a true American Hero who keeps paying it forward. ~Bill W.
  • 166 Days:  My Journey Through The Darkness,” captured my heart and attention as (Jen, the author, PA Clark) detailed and reflected on many events in her life as well as her memories and deployment to Afghanistan.  Jen skillfully expressed her thoughts and emotions as she traveled through a range of peaks and valleys or defining moments in her life.  In, “166 Days: My Journey Through Darkness,” Jen depicted how an environment or situation can change and impact our very own thoughts, opinions viewpoints, and perceptions of the world we live in, in just a matter of days!~Rod’s wife
  • Finished reading this and we are so proud of our Sis-n-Law for sharing her story. READ THIS BOOK, a very gripping story of an Air Force PA embedded with the Green Berets in Afghanistan during some of the most intense fighting. This is not y…our typical ‘war story’ but a look into the experiences, triumphs, horrors, and aftermath all from a journal kept during her deployment. If you or anyone you know has, or is currently struggling with traumatic experiences, this is a MUST-READ! Warning: you will cry, I don’t care who you are. ~Kevin
  • Raw and Real! This book was raw and real to the point I felt I was there…I laughed, I cried, I worried…I felt the heartbreak, the fear, the frustration and the anger she captured in her journal. Jenn Clark did a great job of expressing her struggle with PTSD and finally seeking help. ~Kellie
  • Wow! I read this book in one day! It’s hard to put into words how I feel after reading her description of the “real” war! Not the media version, but the raw details! Jen is an amazing, inspiring, beautiful hero! You will not be disappointed! ~Candace
  • Thank you so much for sharing your story. This truly touched my heart and brought me to tears. I could hardly put it down. I absolutely recommend to others. ~Christine D.

I know writing it, sharing it with others, had to be incredibly therapeutic. Mom, Frances Weed Runner, would be so delighted that you kept a journal and then put it into words to share with the world!
